Julia Bradbury
Julia Bradbury is a television presenter, bestselling author, cancer thriver and heartfelt champion of the healing power of nature. With her signature warmth and curiosity, she has brought the beauty of the outdoors into millions of homes through beloved series like Britain’s Best Walks, Cornwall and Devon Walks and Wainwright’s Walks. Along the way, she’s walked the equivalent of London to New York — one scenic step at a time — sharing stories that connect us to the land and to each other.
After being diagnosed with breast cancer and undergoing a mastectomy, Julia’s path took a deeply personal turn. Nature became not just a backdrop, but a lifeline. Her mission now is to help others feel stronger, calmer and more connected, through movement, mindful living and self-kindness. That spirit runs through everything she does, from her walking and wellness retreats to her Sunday Times bestseller Walk Yourself Happy and her newest book Hack Yourself Healthy.
